Chicken With Mornay Sauce

Preheat the oven to 400 F and butter a 2-quart baking dish.

Cook noodles according to package directions, then drain and place them in the prepared dish.

Melt butter in a saucepan, blend in flour, and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
