Chicken With Creamy Curry Sauce

Instructions

  1. Mince the garlic, chop the parsley, and thinly slice the green onions.

  2. Pat chicken breasts dry, season with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.

  3. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Cook chicken breasts for 4 to 5 minutes per side until lightly browned.

  5. Add chicken broth, wine, parsley, green onions, garlic, and curry powder to the skillet.

  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.

  7. Cover the pan and simmer for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.

  8. Stir in the cream, add salt to taste, and heat until warmed through.

  9. Transfer the chicken and sauce to a serving dish.

  10. Serve chicken breasts with sauce over hot cooked rice.
