Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, sherry, garlic, and onion to create the glazing sauce.

  3. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish and brush with part of the prepared glaze.

  4. Bake for approximately 1 hour, turning and brushing with the glazing sauce 2-3 times during cooking.
