Chicken Skin Chips Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Arrange chicken skins on a nonstick baking sheet without overlap. Season with onion powder and fresh herbs, if desired.

  3. Place a second nonstick baking sheet directly on top of the skins.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven and let the skins cool; if using a nonstick pan, remove the top sheet after several minutes, or wait 15 minutes for other pans until skins release.

  6. Carefully transfer the cooled skins to a paper towel-lined plate and season with salt and pepper.

  7. Serve whole as chips or sandwich filling, or crumble as a garnish.
