Instructions

  1. Finely mince 2 cups of cooked chicken and transfer to a medium bowl.

  2. Stir in 1/4 cup mayonnaise, salt, and pepper; add more mayonnaise as needed until the spread reaches the desired consistency.

  3. Fold in the no-salt herb blend, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.

  4. Use as a sandwich filling.
