Chicken Salad With Herb Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C) and line a baking pan.

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, place them on the prepared pan, and bake for 15 minutes.

  3. Flip the chicken and continue baking for 15 to 20 additional minutes until thoroughly cooked.

  4. Allow the chicken to cool, then dice or chop it into small pieces.

  5. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise with herbs and lemon juice.

  6. Stir the mayonnaise mixture into the diced chicken, then add more mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste.
