Instructions

  1. Start boiling a large pot of salted water for the fettuccine.

  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic for 4-5 minutes until tender.

  3. Add Alfredo sauce and milk to the skillet; bring to a simmer. Stir in meatballs and simmer on low for 7-9 minutes or until heated to 160 F.

  4. Cook fettuccine according to package directions until al dente; drain.

  5. Add cream cheese to the simmering sauce and meatballs, stirring until melted.

  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until coated.

  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
