Start boiling a large pot of salted water for the fettuccine.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic for 4-5 minutes until tender.

Add Alfredo sauce and milk to the skillet; bring to a simmer. Stir in meatballs and simmer on low for 7-9 minutes or until heated to 160 F.

Cook fettuccine according to package directions until al dente; drain.

Add cream cheese to the simmering sauce and meatballs, stirring until melted.
