Instructions

  1. Whisk pineapple juice, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.

  2. Combine chicken, red pepper, and onions with the sauce, coating well, then refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat a grill or cast iron grill pan to medium-high heat, and soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes.

  4. Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto the skewers.

  5. Grill kabobs for 10 to 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
