Chicken Fried Rice Recipe
A quick and easy chicken fried rice can be prepared in minutes using canned chicken, frozen vegetables, and just five ingredients.

Instructions

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium heat with 1 tablespoon oil.

Add frozen stir-fry mixture; cook, stirring, 2-4 minutes until crisp-tender.

Add cold cooked rice and chicken; stir-fry 5 minutes until hot.

Push mixture to sides; add another 1 tablespoon oil, then beaten eggs to center.

Cook and stir eggs until thickened and cooked; combine with other ingredients.

Stir in soy sauce and serve immediately.
