Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

A quick and easy chicken fried rice can be prepared in minutes using canned chicken, frozen vegetables, and just five ingredients.

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium heat with 1 tablespoon oil.

  2. Add frozen stir-fry mixture; cook, stirring, 2-4 minutes until crisp-tender.

  3. Add cold cooked rice and chicken; stir-fry 5 minutes until hot.

  4. Push mixture to sides; add another 1 tablespoon oil, then beaten eggs to center.

  5. Cook and stir eggs until thickened and cooked; combine with other ingredients.

  6. Stir in soy sauce and serve immediately.
