Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness, then season with salt and pepper.

  3. Cook chicken in the heated skillet for 5 to 6 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.

  4. Concurrently, melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
