Chicken, Artichoke, and Mushroom Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C).

Lightly brown chicken in butter in a skillet.

Transfer chicken to a baking dish; if using an oven-safe skillet, set aside.

Sauté mushrooms in the same skillet until lightly browned, then spoon over the chicken.

Place drained artichoke hearts on the chicken.

Stir flour into the skillet's remaining butter, then gradually add broth and cook until thickened.

Pour the thickened gravy over the chicken, mushrooms, and artichokes in the baking dish (or combine in the oven-safe skillet).
