Chicken Almondine: Skillet Chicken With Almonds

In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat, then add almonds and cook, stirring, until lightly browned; remove almonds, reserving butter.

Combine flour, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then dredge chicken breasts in the mixture.

Brown chicken in the reserved butter for 4 to 5 minutes per side.

Add green onions and garlic to the skillet; cook for 1 minute.

Pour wine into the skillet, cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is done.

Remove chicken to a serving platter and keep warm.

Bring skillet juices to a boil, stir in reserved almonds, and adjust seasonings.
