Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Sauté butter, garlic, and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until translucent.

  3. Add spinach and 1 tablespoon water; stir until wilted, about 1 minute.

  4. Stir in milk, Parmesan, ricotta, parsley, salt, and pepper until combined.

  5. Increase heat to high; cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes until the mixture slightly simmers and thickens. Remove from heat and stir in chicken.

  6. Assemble lasagna in a 9x13-inch baking dish by layering chicken Alfredo mixture, noodles, Alfredo mixture, pancetta, prosciutto, and one-third of the mozzarella. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.

  7. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil and broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese is browned and bubbling.

  8. Top with fresh basil and serve.
