Chicken Alfredo Lasagna
A comforting chicken alfredo is transformed into a rich lasagna, featuring layers of creamy sauce, chicken, and a spinach blend.

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Sauté butter, garlic, and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until translucent.

Add spinach and 1 tablespoon water; stir until wilted, about 1 minute.

Stir in milk, Parmesan, ricotta, parsley, salt, and pepper until combined.

Increase heat to high; cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes until the mixture slightly simmers and thickens. Remove from heat and stir in chicken.

Assemble lasagna in a 9x13-inch baking dish by layering chicken Alfredo mixture, noodles, Alfredo mixture, pancetta, prosciutto, and one-third of the mozzarella. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.

Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil and broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese is browned and bubbling.

Top with fresh basil and serve.
