Cheesy Green Beans

A rich side dish, these green beans are baked with cheddar cheese, butter, and cream.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

  2. Butter a shallow baking dish.

  3. Combine cooked beans in the dish with 1/2 cup shredded cheese, salt, and cayenne pepper.

  4. Add half of the butter and pour cream over the mixture, then stir.

  5. Top with remaining cheese and butter.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly, then serve.
