Preheat the oven to 375 F.

If using fresh chorizo, brown it in a skillet for about 5 minutes until cooked.

Arrange tortilla chips on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Top chips with shredded cheese and cooked chorizo.

Create 6 wells, crack an egg into each, and season with salt and pepper.

Bake on the lowest rack for approximately 15 minutes until egg whites are set and yolks reach desired doneness.
