Instructions

  1. Prepare strawberries by slicing off the stem end for stability, then hull and core each berry to create a filling cavity.

  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, heavy cream, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  3. In a separate small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.

  4. Pipe the cream cheese filling into the center of each prepared strawberry.

  5. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired, and sprinkle with the graham cracker mixture.

  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes, covered, to allow the filling to firm up before serving.
