Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Combine mayonnaise, pickle juice, ketchup, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl; set aside.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet, then cook onion until softened, about 3 minutes.

  4. Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until the meat is browned, 5 to 7 minutes.

  5. Drain excess fat from the beef, then stir in the prepared sauce and adjust seasoning as needed.

  6. Slice both packages of 12 rolls horizontally without separating them.

  7. Arrange the bottom halves of the rolls on a foil-lined baking sheet.

  8. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the bottom buns, then top with pickle slices and a layer of cheese.

  9. Cover with the top buns, brush with butter, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  10. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes, then cover loosely with foil and continue baking for 5 to 7 minutes until hot and the cheese is melted.

  11. Cool for 5 minutes, then slice into individual sliders and serve.
