Instructions

  1. Finely chop all chocolate varieties into small, uniform pieces.

  2. Combine the chopped chocolates in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until smooth.

  3. Stir in the oat cereal and peanuts until fully coated.

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto it or into small paper candy cups.

  5. Optionally, decorate the tops with additional chopped nuts, a white chocolate chip, or dried fruit before the chocolate sets.

  6. Refrigerate the clusters until completely firm.

  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one month, serving at room temperature for best taste.
