Instructions

  1. Prepare the fondue pot by rubbing its inside surface with a halved garlic clove.

  2. Combine cheddar cheese, flour, mustard, and cayenne in a bowl.

  3. In the fondue pot, heat beer and Worcestershire sauce to 375 F until bubbling.

  4. Gradually stir in the cheese mixture until melted and smooth.

  5. Reduce temperature to 200 F to keep the fondue warm for serving.
