Instructions

  1. Start boiling a medium pot of water.

  2. Add dry cha soba noodles to the boiling water and cook for 5 to 6 minutes for al dente texture, or 1 to 2 minutes longer for softer noodles.

  3. Drain noodles, rinse with cold water, and add ice cubes to chill quickly while draining.
