Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F (185 C) and start boiling salted water in a pot.

  2. Prepare the cauliflower by removing leaves and ribs, making an X-cut in the stalk, then boil until fork-tender.

  3. Drain the cooked cauliflower, break it into florets, and finish cooking in a pan with 2 tablespoons of butter, seasoning with salt and pepper.

  4. Arrange the cauliflower in a heatproof dish, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, and pour béchamel sauce over it.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes or broil until the top is golden brown.
