Cauliflower and Sausage Roast With Cheddar Cheese Recipe

Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a 2-quart baking dish with olive oil.

In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with seasoning blend, parsley, pepper, and salt.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then cook onion and sausage for about 4 minutes until browned.

Combine the cooked sausage and onion with the seasoned cauliflower, tossing with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring once or twice, until the cauliflower is tender and browned.
