Cauliflower and Sausage Roast With Cheddar Cheese Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a 2-quart baking dish with olive oil.

  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with seasoning blend, parsley, pepper, and salt.

  3. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then cook onion and sausage for about 4 minutes until browned.

  4. Combine the cooked sausage and onion with the seasoned cauliflower, tossing with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.

  5. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring once or twice, until the cauliflower is tender and browned.

  6. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake for another 3 to 5 minutes until melted.
