Instructions

  1. Divide green onions, celery, cilantro, thyme, basil, marjoram, tarragon, rosemary, onions, garlic, peppers, salt, and oil into two equal batches.

  2. Process one batch at a time in a food processor until very fine, adding water to moisten. Repeat for the second batch.

  3. Transfer seasoning to airtight glass jars for refrigeration or freeze in ice cube trays for longer storage.

  4. Once frozen, remove cubes and store in a freezer-safe bag.
