Instructions

  1. Start boiling smoked herring fillets in water for 5 minutes, then drain and cool.

  2. Chop the cooled fish into tiny pieces.

  3. Heat oil in a skillet, then sauté onions until translucent.

  4. Add tomatoes, hot pepper, garlic, and thyme, continuing to sauté for 1 minute.

  5. Stir in the chopped fish and cook for 5 minutes, then mix in lemon juice and green onions.
