Instructions

  1. Blend pineapple chunks, onion, seeded serrano peppers, and garlic in a food processor; set aside.

  2. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan, add the blended mixture, and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring often.

  3. Stir in ketchup, vinegar, herbs, spices, peppers, and salt.

  4. Simmer on medium-low heat for 6-8 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat and cool completely before using.
