Caraway-Scented Red Cabbage

Discard outer cabbage leaves, then halve, core, and thinly slice the cabbage.

In a large pan, heat oil and caraway seeds over medium-high heat until sizzling.

Add sliced cabbage and salt; stir to combine.

Cover, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15-30 minutes until tender.
