Caramel Apple Jello Shots

Instructions

  1. Heat cider in a small pot, sprinkle with gelatin, and let bloom for 2 minutes.

  2. Whisk the mixture on low heat until gelatin dissolves without boiling, then remove from heat and cool slightly.

  3. Stir in melted caramel and vodka until thoroughly combined.

  4. Cut apples in half, hollow out the centers, and brush with lemon juice to prevent browning.

  5. Arrange apple halves in a muffin tin and pour the mixture into each hollowed-out apple.

  6. Refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours until firm.

  7. Carefully cut the chilled apple halves into wedges and serve.
