Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8x8 inch pan by lining it with foil and spraying with nonstick spray.

  2. Melt candy corn in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring after one minute, then every 30 seconds, until smooth; avoid overheating.

  3. Stir peanut butter into the melted candy corn until fully combined, microwaving briefly if needed to aid mixing.

  4. Press the mixture into the prepared pan, smooth into an even layer, and score into 1x4 inch bars while warm.

  5. Let the candy cool completely, then separate the bars along the scored lines.

  6. Melt chocolate candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.

  7. Dip each bar in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  8. Let the coated bars set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
