Canadian French Toast

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, then stir in milk until smooth.

  2. Coat bread slices in the egg mixture and let them soak for 5 minutes.

  3. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Cook 2 soaked bread slices in the skillet for 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

  5. Repeat with the remaining butter and soaked bread, then serve immediately with maple syrup.
