Cake Mix Brownies Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick foil and coat with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk instant chocolate pudding mix with cold milk.

Add chocolate cake mix and whisk until smooth, then stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until set.

Cool completely in the pan, then lift using the foil, slice into 24 squares, and serve.

Optionally, top with powdered sugar, melted white chocolate, or serve with ice cream and hot fudge.
