Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

  3. Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, and mashed ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.

  4. Pour the batter into the greased pan.

  5. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  6. Cool in the pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes.

  7. Remove the banana bread from the pan and cool completely.
