Cajun-Style Smothered Pork Chops

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Combine 3 tablespoons flour with Cajun seasoning; thoroughly coat the pork chops.

Brown the coated pork chops in the hot oil for 4-5 minutes per side, then remove to a plate.

Add butter to the skillet, then cook onion, green pepper, and celery until the onion softens.

Stir in 1 1/2 tablespoons flour and cook for 2 more minutes.

Add chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce, return the pork chops, cover, and reduce heat to low.

Simmer for 20-25 minutes until pork is tender, adding 15-25 minutes for pork shoulder chops.
