Instructions

  1. Whip cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form; cover and chill if preparing in advance.

  2. Brew 8 ounces of strong espresso coffee using preferred method, ensuring 1.5 ounces of finely ground coffee per cup.

  3. Divide the brewed coffee among 4 small glass cups, then pour 2 liquid ounces of condensed milk into each, which will settle at the bottom.

  4. Top each drink with the whipped cream and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder over each.

  5. Serve immediately with a spoon, advising guests to stir well before drinking.
