Cactus Salad

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse jarred nopales, then chop them to match the size of the tomato and onions.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the tomato, onion, nopales, and cilantro.

  3. In a lidded jar, shake olive oil, lime juice, oregano, and salt to create the dressing; pour over the salad and toss.

  4. Refrigerate the salad for at least one hour.

  5. Garnish with cheese, onion, and avocado before serving.
