Instructions

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add lobster and cook 3-5 minutes until opaque.

  2. Simultaneously, heat a grill pan. Butter buns and toast them until lightly browned.

  3. Move lobster and garlic to a bowl. Melt the remaining 1 tablespoon butter in the skillet.

  4. Season the lobster with lemon juice, dill, chives, salt, pepper, and the freshly melted butter; toss to combine.

  5. Spoon lobster mixture into toasted buns. Serve with lemon wedges as desired.
