Burgers With Honey Dijon Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a cast iron pan to medium-high heat.

  2. Combine mayo, Dijon mustard, honey, and tarragon in a small bowl, then cover and refrigerate.

  3. Form ground beef into 4 or 5 patties and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Cook patties on the preheated grill or pan, flipping once, for 7-10 minutes total until desired doneness or 165 F internal temperature is reached.

  5. Serve patties on hamburger buns, topped with tomato, onion, and the prepared honey-Dijon sauce.
