Bulgogi Marinade
A traditional Korean bulgogi marinade for thinly sliced steak, ideal for serving with lettuce wraps or rice.

Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a small saucepan.

Add garlic and cook for one minute.

Combine all other ingredients, except green onions; cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes until sugar dissolves.

Stir in green onions, remove from heat, and cool the marinade completely before use.
