Bulgogi Marinade

A traditional Korean bulgogi marinade for thinly sliced steak, ideal for serving with lettuce wraps or rice.

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a small saucepan.

  2. Add garlic and cook for one minute.

  3. Combine all other ingredients, except green onions; cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes until sugar dissolves.

  4. Stir in green onions, remove from heat, and cool the marinade completely before use.
