Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Preheat the oven to 475 F with a rack in the lower third position; add a pizza stone if using.

Combine 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken and 1/2 cup buffalo sauce; set aside.

Stretch 1 pound pizza dough into a 13-inch round and place it on a baking sheet or floured pizza peel.

Spread 1/3 cup ranch dressing over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Top with 8 ounces shredded mozzarella, the buffalo chicken mixture, 1/4 cup red onion, 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles, and 2 tablespoons sliced scallions.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted; transfer to a cutting board.
