Brussel Sprouts Ki Sabji Recipe

Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or kadhai over medium heat.

Clean Brussels sprouts, trim stems, remove outer leaves, and quarter them.

Add mustard seeds, green chiles, and curry leaves to the hot oil; fry until seeds splutter.

Stir in ginger and sauté for one minute.

Incorporate tomatoes and cook until pulpy.

Add Brussels sprouts, turmeric, coriander, cumin, red chili powder, and salt; mix thoroughly and sprinkle with a little water.

Cook sprouts for 7-8 minutes, stirring frequently and adding more water if needed, until tender; do not cover.

Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and serve with hot flatbread and a tangy pickle.
