Brussel Sprouts Ki Sabji Recipe

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok or kadhai over medium heat.

  2. Clean Brussels sprouts, trim stems, remove outer leaves, and quarter them.

  3. Add mustard seeds, green chiles, and curry leaves to the hot oil; fry until seeds splutter.

  4. Stir in ginger and sauté for one minute.

  5. Incorporate tomatoes and cook until pulpy.

  6. Add Brussels sprouts, turmeric, coriander, cumin, red chili powder, and salt; mix thoroughly and sprinkle with a little water.

  7. Cook sprouts for 7-8 minutes, stirring frequently and adding more water if needed, until tender; do not cover.

  8. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and serve with hot flatbread and a tangy pickle.
