Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Line two large baking trays with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.

  3. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, baking powder, flour, and water; mix until well combined, then fold in chocolate.

  4. Cover the dough and refrigerate for 60 minutes.

  5. Position oven racks in the upper and lower third. Scoop 1 1/2-inch cookies onto the prepared sheets, spacing them 1 1/2 inches apart, and sprinkle with raw sugar.

  6. Freeze the scooped cookies for 10 to 15 minutes.

  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the cookie edges begin to set.

  8. Cool on the baking trays for 3 minutes before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
