Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  2. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

  3. Whisk eggs and vanilla extract, then stir in slightly cooled melted butter.

  4. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly until a stiff brownie batter forms, then fold in chocolate chips.

  5. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.

  6. Scoop dough by teaspoons, roll into balls, and coat completely in confectioners' sugar.
