Broiled Swordfish Steaks
Broiled swordfish steaks, seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika, are served with a fresh parsley sauce and can also be prepared with tuna, halibut, or salmon.

Instructions

Preheat a greased broiler rack.

Season swordfish steaks with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Place steaks on the rack, brush with melted butter, and broil 2 to 3 inches from the heat for 4 minutes.

Turn steaks, brush with more melted butter, and broil for another 4 to 5 minutes until lightly browned and flaky.

For the garlic parsley sauce, combine 1/2 cup chopped parsley, grated lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, and 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.

Serve broiled swordfish with lemon wedges, the garlic parsley sauce, and a side of rice or potatoes, optionally sprinkling with fresh parsley.
