Instructions

  1. Preheat a broiler with the cooking rack 3-4 inches below the heat.

  2. Rinse and pat sand dab filets dry, then arrange them skin-side down on a baking sheet.

  3. Dot the filets with butter and sprinkle with salt.

  4. Broil for about 4 minutes, until the fish flakes easily and browns slightly.

  5. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
