Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler and grease a broiler pan.

  2. Cut fish fillets into 6-ounce portions.

  3. Place fillets in a shallow baking dish; combine 3/4 cup lemon juice with water, pour over fish, and marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

  4. Prepare the sauce: In a saucepan, combine butter, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, paprika, and pepper; heat until butter melts. Set aside.

  5. Arrange marinated fish on the broiler pan and brush with the sauce.

  6. Broil fish 4 inches from heat for 5-6 minutes per side (for 1-inch thick fillets), brushing with sauce before the second broiling, until fish flakes easily.

  7. Serve: Transfer fish to a plate, sprinkle with parsley, and spoon reheated remaining sauce over top.
