Broccoli Kugel

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and spray a 9x12 inch baking pan with nonstick spray.

  2. Boil water, add frozen broccoli, and simmer until tender; drain and mash.

  3. In a stand mixer, combine eggs, mayonnaise, onion, and mashed broccoli.

  4. Add wheat flour, garlic powder, and salt; mix well.

  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into its center comes out clean.
