Instructions

  1. Whisk together paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, dried parsley, cayenne pepper, cumin, coriander, hot chili powder, oregano, and optional brown sugar in a bowl until thoroughly mixed.

  2. Pat the brisket dry.

  3. Sprinkle the rub liberally onto all sides of the meat, pressing it to adhere.

  4. Refrigerate the brisket for up to 24 hours or cook immediately.
