Bread Machine Pumpkin Quick Bread

A simple pumpkin bread ideal for autumn, easily made using a bread machine's cake cycle.

Instructions

  1. Spray the bread machine pan with cooking spray.

  2. Combine vegetable oil, eggs, pumpkin puree, and sugar in a large bowl.

  3. Stir in baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and flour until just mixed.

  4. Pour the batter into the prepared bread machine pan and select the cake or quick bread cycle.

  5. Add nuts when the machine beeps, if using.

  6. Carefully remove the loaf from the pan and paddles, then cool on a rack before serving.
