Bread Machine Mix

Instructions

  1. Mix bread flour, sugar, milk powder, and salt; transfer to a 1-quart jar.

  2. Place yeast in a small bag on top of the flour in the jar, then seal, label, and store in a cool, dry place.

  3. To bake, add warm water and oil to the bread machine pan, then add the dry mix, incorporating yeast last as per machine instructions.

  4. Select the white/light crust setting and start the bread machine.

  5. Once baked, remove bread from the pan and cool on a wire rack for one hour before slicing.
