Bread Machine Beer Pizza Dough

An easy beer pizza dough, this recipe can be prepared using a bread machine, stand mixer, or by hand.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F.

  2. Combine all ingredients in the bread machine pan and run on the dough cycle.

  3. After the cycle, remove the dough, roll it out onto a lightly greased pizza pan, cover, and let rise for 20 minutes.

  4. Top the dough with your preferred sauce, toppings, and cheese.

  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, adjusting time based on crust thickness and toppings.
