Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.

  2. Remove casings from bratwursts and place meat in a bowl.

  3. Divide the meat into four equal portions and form patties.

  4. Grill patties until cooked through to at least medium-well, flipping as necessary.

  5. Serve patties on buns, topping each with about 1/4 cup sauerkraut, pickles, and mustard.
